WHAT COACHES ASK
How many games will we play?
The format depends on the number of teams in your category and is confirmed after registration closes. For reference: in 2026, 58 teams played 140 games in 4 days. Every team plays every day.
When do we arrive and leave?
Arrive on Thursday 27 May 2027 (dinner is the first meal), leave on Sunday 30 May after lunch and the closing ceremony. Extra nights on request.
How do we get to Radom?
Radom is 100 km south of Warsaw (S7 expressway). By coach from Czechia, Slovakia or Germany it is a one-day trip. Nearest airports: Warsaw Chopin and Modlin — we arrange and price transfers individually, so ask before booking flights.
Can parents and fans come?
Yes. Parents use the same per-person packages (ECONOMY or HOTEL) and stay with the team. Tell us the total number of people in the form.
Is asking about my team binding?
No. The question form is free of obligation — we reply within 5 working days. You secure a place only by registering and paying the entry fee.
How and when do we pay?
Entry fee of 110 EUR per team within 7 days of confirmation, by bank transfer in EUR. The stay is paid as set out in the confirmation you receive by e-mail. Invoices are issued to the club.
What language is the tournament run in?
English and Polish. The organising team speaks English and referees communicate with players in English. Rules: FIBA with mini-basketball adjustments (2.60 m hoop in U10/U11).
Who organises the tournament?
MKS Piotrówka Radom together with the City of Radom. The tournament has run since 2011 under the patronage of the Polish Basketball Federation (PZKosz) and the Mayor of Radom.
